Locks wouldn’t work

Everything worked great until I had to put the four locks on. None of them would lock. I could see inside there was a little too much plastic sticking out blocking the lock. So I had to use a dremel to cut out the plastic so each of the four locks would actually lock.

Easy on

Easy enough to attach, however unsure if the clamps are fitting correctly, they don’t appear flush to the rails. Also on a personal note, not a fan of the orange accent color. Great customer service however, much appreciated! Overall very slick.

Regarding the fitment of your clamps—based on the photo you provided, we can confirm that your clamps are properly installed and completely secured to your vehicle's rails. Some of our clamp systems are designed with a slight angle or contour to deliver maximum clamping pressure without damaging the rails, so they may not always sit 100% flush while still being fully locked in place.

Great costumer service

Bought on June 6 for a kia Sedona 2021. Received on June 8! I was really impressed. On the website I couldn't receive the 10% off contacted costumer service and they refunded me the 10% with proof of purchase.
Very easy assembly, only step missing in the instructions is how to put the rubbers.
Installation was fairly easy, it's a bit hard to get it mounted without the rubbers rolling or coming of.
I had more trouble getting it lock than anything else, I thought I was gonna break the key
