Erkul Auto USA Limited Lifetime Warranty

Erkul Auto USA LLC warrants its ERKUL-branded products to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the coverage periods and terms below. This warranty applies only to ERKUL-branded products and is non-transferable.

Coverage periods

• Crossbars, roof rails, and running boards — Limited Lifetime Warranty, for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.
• Carriers and accessories (bike, kayak, ski and cargo carriers, cargo baskets and bags, roof pads, door steps, and other add-on accessories) — 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Who is covered

• The original retail purchaser only. The warranty does not extend to subsequent owners or to products bought second-hand.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every claim. Registering your product takes a minute and speeds up a future claim.

What is covered

• Structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, within the coverage period above.
• Remedy: repair or replacement of the defective part or product, at Erkul’s option. If neither is feasible, Erkul may instead refund the purchase price or issue a credit toward a new ERKUL product.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes; scratches, scuffs, or finish fading from use.
• Corrosion or finish degradation from environmental exposure (road salt, chemicals, car washes) beyond 2 years from purchase.
• Damage from accident, collision, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Damage from improper installation, failure to follow the installation manual, or failure to re-check torque as instructed.
• Damage from exceeding the rated load capacity or the vehicle manufacturer’s roof load limit, whichever is lower.
• Damage from modification of the product, or from use of non-ERKUL parts or hardware.
• Commercial, competition, off-road racing, or rental-fleet use.
• Acts of nature, theft, and loss of or damage to items carried on the product.

What the warranty does not include

• Labor, removal, or re-installation costs.
• Return shipping: before sending anything back, request a prepaid return label from our support team. Returns shipped with your own label may not be refunded.
• Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including damage to the vehicle or cargo, to the extent permitted by law.

How to make a claim

Email support@orkulautousa.shop with (1) your proof of purchase, (2) photos of the defect, and (3) the product and the vehicle it is installed on. Our New Jersey team will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the defective part. If a return is needed, we will send you a prepaid return label — please do not ship the product back with your own label.

Legal

This is a limited warranty and is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. It is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, except those required by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
