Nice, except orange rubber grips

Overall the luggage racks are easy to install and good quality, but I don’t like the orange colored gripes. The luggage rack would look a lot nicer if the grips were black.

BMW X5 Installation

Straight forward assembly, fits and looks great. Very sturdy. One input, the rubber inserts that go in the mounts aren’t on the parts list, installing isn’t described in the instructions are on the video. Minor issue (I figured it out) but this gap ought to be fixed.

Silver cross rails for my suv

Received the rails and installed. Noticed from the installation guide and YouTube it said to cut the under rubber piece to fit. There was no rubber piece. Also was told to put the longer rail in the front. Both were the same length. Called and they said I have a newer version that doesn’t require the rubber piece. Installed and end pieces said left and right I installed them backwards but nothing on the install guide on this. Called after hearing tons of whistling. They said I have them backwards and to reverse them. Well, I still have whistling. Frustrated!
