What vehicles does it fit?+
Most sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, and minivans — as long as a rear spoiler isn't blocking the strap path.
Will EasyRide fit a thick or reinforced trunk frame?+
No — EasyRide's hooks are sized for standard trunk and hatch edges and won't fit extra-thick reinforced door frames (confirmed by the manufacturer). If your vehicle has a reinforced frame edge, ERKUL PeakRide's wider claws are the better match. Factory-confirmed limit: EasyRide fits thin steel trunk-frame edges of about 3–4 mm; thicker frames or plastic-capped trunk doors are not compatible.
Does it need a hitch?+
No — EasyRide straps directly to your trunk or rear hatch. No hitch required.
How much can each bike weigh?+
Up to 33 lbs (15 kg) per bike, 99 lbs (45 kg) total for all three.
Can I drive with it mounted but empty?+
No — don't drive with the carrier attached and unloaded; remove it, or keep bikes loaded and strapped.
